Cancellation Policy

Our Artists set aside several hours to ensure you have the best experience possible, they rely on their clients fulfilling their scheduled appointment times in order to be successful in their career. With that being said we kindly request 24hours notice for any cancellation/rescheduling of your appointment. This allows your stylist to try and fill the availability. There will be a 50% charge of the service booked for any appointment cancelled after the 24hour window. NO CALL/NO SHOW will result in a 100% charge of service booked. If you are running 15 minutes or more late to your appointment you maybe asked to reschedule your appointment. *PLEASE NOTE DURING THE MONTHS OF NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER THE SALON REQUIRES A 48 HOUR NOTICE FOR ALL CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS, FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN BEING CHARGED 100% OF YOUR SCHEDULED SERVICE COST* These are incredibly busy months for your stylist, at times having to turn clients away due to lack of availability so it is incredibly important that if you have an appointment during these two months that you let us know as soon as possible if you will be unable to keep your scheduled time. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason NO refunds All pricing is listed at “starting at” quotes, pricing can vary depending on time/product is needed. Please ask your stylist at your consultation for your exact cost. If for any reason you don’t love your hair, please contact us within 3 days from the date of your service to be considered for an adjustment.
